Personnel department often face similar challenges resulting from legal provisions e.g. AGG, demography, a lack of engineers or cyclical circumstances.
Within the scope of HR working groups, we provide HR operatives the platform to share experiences regarding current topics and to work together in finding solutions to common problems. We also provide a forum for the discussion of special topics from the area of compensation, personnel development or even superordinate HR questions, developments and trends.
In addition to specialist discussion, the working groups also represent an excellent networking instrument. Our role in this process is to work together with the companies to gather common topics, provide professional moderation, support structured discussion and contribute specialist input.
