All HR processes should be aligned to the superordinate HR strategy and provide the optimal support to this. At the same time, the organizational personnel department should be taken into account. The challenge for the HR sector often consists in combining these two perspectives in a suitable form.
Our attention is focused on the organizational requirements within the scope of "internal benchmarking." Management, executives and where necessary, employees and works councils often have differing expectation as to the duties which HR should perform.
Detailed analysis of previously implemented processes provide us with information about the current situation. Our recommendations are the result of a comparison of targets and actual results on the one hand and a comparison of internal HR processes with the external market on the other. Of course the company's HR strategic focus is also taken into account.
