Trends in Compensation and HR 2021/2022
Our annual study “Trends of compensation and HR” is published for Germany in October and provides current figures about the planned salary increase budgets of the participating companies. More than 200 companies, mostly DAX or MDAX members or large medium sized enterprises, participated in the latest study.
With this report you receive information about the salary increase budgets for the four employee groups:
- „Top Management“
- „Middle Management/Professionals“
In addition to the cross sector evaluations, we also conduct sector-specific evaluations for the IT/telecommunications/IT services, Pharmaceutical/chemical/mineral oil processing, Electrical engineering/electronics/semiconductors, Insurances/banks/consulting, Automotive/vehicle construction, as well as evaluations based on the company size.
In addition, we inquire every year about the current trends that shape human resource management.
