Mario Oberle joined Lurse Pension & Benefits Consulting GmbH on February 15, 2023, and will assume responsibility as a partner for the units pension-Administration & -Services as well as Process and Interface Management.

In his new role, Oberle will be responsible for digital portfolio administration in pension for companies, insurers, EbAVs, banks and fund companies. In addition, he will also further develop the digital administration of working time accounts. The digital Lurse administration platform P-LIVE provides an excellent basis for this.

Oberle has many years of practical experience in the digitization and process design of company pension schemes. With his excellence in pension administration, Lurse continues the consistent further development of the pension portfolio. “We are pleased to have gained Mario Oberle, a long-time experienced pension manager and specialist with a focus on administration,” explains Matthias Edelmann, Managing Partner at Lurse.

Oberle comes from Longial GmbH, a subsidiary of Ergo, where he was responsible for business unit development as Managing Director. Prior to that, he worked for many years as divisional head of pension at Zurich Group Germany and was also responsible for operations, product development and IT as a member of the board of management.

The insurance specialist holds a bachelor’s degree in service management and is also a certified lean manager. Oberle is single and an avid tennis player.
