Individual evaluations and simple handling<\/h3>\n

This ranges from dashboards with graphics providing general information on the benchmark to downloading the familiar results reports and creating your own customized evaluations. By using different visualizations and setting their own filters, users can quickly and easily select relevant data or compile it individually. With a single click, they can switch between the graphical and tabular views or select a different compensation type. Information on the composition of the database for the current evaluation is provided directly.<\/p>\n

Users are thus able to view benchmark data from different angles and answer specific questions, even without special statistical or software knowledge. The extensive filter functions make it possible, for example, to view only individual jobs and compare them with the market data, or to view market data excluding the data of one’s own company. In the future, all evaluations can also be exported to Excel or PowerPoint. In addition, MI.CA allows data exchange between study participants and Lurse and replaces the platform previously used for this purpose.<\/p>\n

Data security is a top priority<\/h3>\n

It goes without saying that the company data in MI.CA is absolutely secure. The information security management system (ISMS) of Lurse is certified according to the internationally recognized standard ISO 27001. The data is displayed anonymously in accordance with strict confidentiality rules.<\/p>\n
