Subsequently, the speakers Silke Kull, Director HR Training &amp; Development at arvato Financial Solutions,\u00a0 and Oliver Titzmann, Senior Manager at Lurse, illustrated the topic areas \u2018creating transparency\u2019 and \u2018utilizing transparency\u2019 with practical examples.<\/p>\n<p>In any case, the conference with a workshop character offered plenty of opportunities for beneficial exchange and successful networking, as the participant J\u00fcrgen Fortm\u00fcller, Human Resources Manager at Seepex GmbH, sums up: \u201c<em>Lurse Dialog is compact, practical and lively.
