In consulting we successfully implement a variety of customer projects. These are usually assignments with clearly defined time frames and contents for the establishment, reorganization, or new creation of HR processes and instruments. Depending on the job level, sales and acquisition activities are naturally included.
The projects that await you are quite diverse: from the introduction of a job structure to the design of variable compensation for sales or managerial staff, up to the auditing and harmonization of corporate pension schemes or other benefits elements.
In addition, organizational development projects, the redesign of performance management systems, or the establishment of leadership and young professional programs may be required. We will closely examine your interests and strengths, and you will be deployed accordingly.
