Pay trends and HR trends in Germany 2020/2021
Our annual study “Pay trends and HR trends” is published for Germany in October of every year and provides current numbers regarding the planned pay raise budgets of the participating companies.
More than 200 companies, primarily from the DAX, MDAX and large medium-sized companies sector, participated in the most recent survey.
The study provides the pay raise budgets for the four employee groups “executives/top management”, “middle management/professionals”, “technicians/administration/clerical staff” (classic employees), “production employees” (classic trade). The evaluation results are presented cross-sectional and also sector-specific for IT/TC/IT services, pharmaceutical/chemical/mineral oil processing, electrical engineering/electronics/semiconductors, insurances/banks/consulting, automotive/vehicle construction, as well as according to the company size.
In addition, we ask every year about the trends that are dominant in human resource management.
