For decades, Lurse has been conducting a variety of valuable surveys. Data is stored exclusively in Germany based on relevant compliance rules, and in line with all data protection regulations. The study examines the organization/administration of benefits, individual benefits (e.g. health and social as well as work-life-balance measures), along with employer branding strategies within companies.

Company Pension Schemes 2021

With the implementation of this special study, Lurse takes up the topic of “company pensions”. The study is carried out every 3 years.

Pay trends and HR trends in Germany 2020/2021

This annual study is a survey of pay raise trends of participating companies in Germany along with current HR trends.


This study has been carried out annually for almost 20 years and with its stable group of participants of approx. 40 companies it presents a representative cross-section of the German insurance sector.
