Recent compensation surveys

For decades, Lurse has been conducting a variety of sound surveys. Data storage is done exclusively in Germany, follows the relevant compliance rules, and fulfills all data protection regulations. The contents of the studies cover a broad spectrum, ranging from industry-focused or cross-industry compensation to overriding HR topics to current trends.

The study considers the organization/management of benefits, individual benefits (e.g. perks, benefits, health and social and work-life balance measures) and employer branding strategies within companies.

This benchmark study addresses companies from the engineering services sector. A regular cash compensation comparison is carried out in addition to the personal exchange.

The survey of company car regulations was carried out as an independent study for the first time in 2014.

MDax plus

The MDAXplus study is a compensation comparison exclusively for top management dimensions in companies listed on the MDAX index, as well as German medium-sized businesses that are comparable to these companies based on their size and structure.


This study has been carried out annually for almost 20 years and with its stable group of participants of approx. 40 companies it presents a representative cross-section of the German insurance sector.

Re-Insurance companies

The benchmark group is an interactive group of reinsurance companies.
